The Yellow on the salvation bracelet represents Heaven is where God is. When God made the earth, it was a lot like heaven, a place of peace and joy and happiness. Rev 21:21
The next color on the salvation bracelet is Black, which represents sin. God made the earth a perfect place, and he made man as a perfect being, with no sin, no guilt, no fear and no shame. God placed man in the garden of Eden, not as a robot that had no choice, but God gave man the ability to choose; to obey or disobey, to eat the fruit or not to eat. Sadly man chose to disobey God and man became sinful. People are the same way all over the world, sinners like their great grandfather Adam. Rom 3:23, Romans 5:12-21, Romans 6:23
The next color on the salvation bracelet is Red, which is for blood. God told Adam that the penalty for sin was death. In his mercy, God allowed for an animal to be killed in a man's place, as a sacrifice for his sins. God killed an animal to make a covering for Adam and Eve. He allowed animals to be killed and offered as a sacrifice for sins, from the time of Able, Adams son, until the time of Jesus. Then Jesus came, he is the Lamb of God, who died in our place for our sins. Rom 5:8, I Peter 3:18a
White – is for forgiveness. As you explain the way of salvation, people need to know that Jesus died for our sins, but he rose again, paying the death penalty for our sins forever. The Bible tells us that if we will trust in Jesus as the one who has paid for our sins, we will be forgiven of our sins. John 1:12, Romans 10:9
Green is for new growth. Those who trust in Jesus as the one who died for their sins, for our salvation, God calls "sons of God". God has said that if we are His children, we are to grow and mature, to become like Christ. That is what it means to be a Christian. Our attitudes and actions should be pleasing to God. We should learn from God's Word how we can grow as Christians, followers of Christ. We should tell others, as a "witness", of God's love and the forgiveness He has offered for our sins if we will trust in Jesus Christ as or Savior. Matt 18:20, John 1:12, Colossians 3:1-4
The salvation bracelet is a very useful conversation piece that will help you tell people about God's plan of salvation. It is a great gift for your children, for Sunday school students and for missions trips. Many people love to make handcrafted beaded jewelry as a project for the children to do along with the lesson.
