I exchanged an email with someone at ADT corporate, presumably about the frustrating situation, but when I inquired about HOW to get the local office manager to call me back, she also stopped responding I tried sending the email twice. When I tried calling the customer service supervisor who originally gave me a statement credit and advised me about the local office manager’s recommendation, that call also went unreturned.
